Owner
Mitsov.EU belongs to Andrey Mitsov – a private individual, resident of Sofia, Bulgaria. Additional info about the domain registrant is available on the EURid reference page. A substantial portion of the website and its content is authored, edited, and administered by the owner. Unless otherwise contextually specified, all first-person singular pronouns (“I”, “me”, “my”, etc.) refer to the author of the corresponding page.
Purpose
This personal website is aimed at integrating multiple Internet services into my optimal online presence, the way I see it. Otherwise, misrepresentation is a thing in my country and industry, while proper distribution of responsibility is still work-in-progress on third-party platforms.
Blogging Subject Matter
This is my recommended and the most authentic source of information about:
- organizational taboos;
- cases discussed offline;
- other events, the way I see them.
Unless otherwise specified, the context of my publications reflects my experience with the multidisciplinary challenges in Bulgarian ICT companies and is further indicated by the corresponding blogging category.
Target Audience
Friends, relatives and colleagues may enjoy fellow updates here and that’s pretty much the target audience. This doesn’t include minors and people with mental health issues. The purpose of this website isn’t worth the maintenance of an exhaustive user database and entirely private access though.
Terms of Use
This website is made available to you and you may use it under specific terms and conditions, collectively named Terms of Use. In addition to my appeal for lawful and ethical conduct they require your acceptance of and compliance with the following:
All terms and conditions provided therein are also integral parts of the Terms of Use.
The Right to Use This Website
This website is subject to protection under copyright law. Your acceptance of the Terms of Use is an act of informed confirmation for your agreement with all provisions of the applicable policies and restrictions, and is a prerequisite for your acquisition of the right to use Mitsov.EU.
The permission to use this website granted hereby to you:
- is granted by Andrey Mitsov and applies only to the use of his creative works as available on this website;
- is provided free of charge;
- is nonexclusive;
- allows usage of the website on an “as-is” basis, as available, without warranty, and only when it is normally accessible;
- is valid for up to one month, unless terminated earlier, starting from the date of your most recent acceptance of the Terms of Use;
- is terminated when you are prompted to accept the Terms of Use again;
- is terminated immediately if you violate the Terms of Use;
- includes permission to reuse my public articles, images, audio and video material in compliance with Creative Commons BY-ND 4.0 – the separate terms for such copyright-protected material;
- does not include permission to obtain my copyright-protected content from any other domain (other than mitsov.eu and its subdomains) or from any port other than the default TCP ports 80 and 443;
- does not include permission to reuse my source code on other platforms or for other purposes.

The license under which the WordPress software is released is the GPLv2 (or later) from the Free Software Foundation. The current WordPress theme is also provided by the WordPress team, modified by me and licensed under the same conditions. All active WordPress plugins are also compatible with the GNU General Public License v2, or any later version.
Additional restrictions may apply to your use of third-party content. Please refer to their respective copyright claims. Additional restrictions may also apply to your processing of personal or otherwise protected data.
Your Agreement, Acceptance and Renewals
These terms and conditions, along with any part of this website, may be updated without prior notice. You may accept or may have already accepted the latest Terms of Use in one of the following ways:
- by clicking “Accept the Terms of Use” on the Terms of Use Notification at the bottom of the page; or
- by continuing to navigate the website beyond the policy pages.
If you are authorized to use this website on behalf of another entity, all provisions of the Terms of Use apply to that entity as well.
Minors and incapacitated people are not allowed to form legally binding agreement with these provisions. Their attempts to accept the Terms of Use are invalid for the purpose of acquiring the right to use this website.
Language Support Policy
This website may offer texts in Bulgarian, English, and other languages. Some pages may mix multiple languages. In no event shall the contributors to those pages be held responsible for third-party translations of their original texts. Such translations may also be copy-right protected separately from the original text of the author.
The Terms of Use and all policies are originally provided and may be accepted only in English. All legal agreements, official notices, policies, and legally binding texts provided on this website take precedence over their translations.
Access Control Policy
Fair Access
Your access to some pages, features, and content may be limited due to:
- your disagreement with the Terms of Use;
- detected client-side malfunction, misconfiguration, or unsupported browsing equipment (i.e. first-party cookies and JavaScript should be enabled);
- local administrative restrictions based on nondiscriminatory organizational policies or technical limitations;
- third-party restrictions imposed by your social account provider;
- automated security restrictions triggered by indications of inappropriate online behavior;
- temporary or partial access limitations as outlined below.
Access to Protected Data
Your use of some pages, files, or their content may be further regulated and restricted by the applicable law. This may be related to your responsibilities about copyright protected content, personal data, and other classified information.
- Not all accessible data is equal. Be advised to consider its further classification ethically and lawfully!
- Not all content on the public pages is publicly accessible. Even when you are not personally identified, your anonymous visit may be categorized and privileged. Your access to given content does not imply permission to copy or republish it to different audience if this is not allowed under the Terms of Use.
- Some identifiers are obfuscated in the code and require human interaction (not necessarily captcha). This usually includes obfuscated href values such as phone numbers, email, geolocation, profile and resource addresses. The permission to index, cache, and interact with the web pages automatically does not imply permission to redistribute or republish their deobfuscated contents.
Explicitly Forbidden Access
- You are not allowed to access this website via other domain name (other than mitsov.eu and its subdomains).
- You are not allowed to access this website via other port (other than the default TCP ports 80 and 443).
- Even though you may be allowed to visit the website anonymously, you are not allowed to create or use preexisting access credentials (i.e. accounts) that do not identify you personally.
- You are not allowed to use any account with the Administrator role or with equivalent privileges on this website.
In addition to being technically restricted, any attempt to violate this limitation may constitute copyright infringement or cyber crime.
